The Structure of South Australian Chinese Adoption Support (SACAS) Incorporated

The diagram below is an organisation chart outlining the basic structure of SACAS.  We hope that this will assist our members in understanding how we operate as an organisation.  As an incorporated organisation SACAS has an elected Board.  The Board may also appoint additional Board Members to assist them in their work.  Similarly the Board may form "Project Committees" to involve others in the work of SACAS.  In this way more can be achieved and members can have a great opportunity to impact upon the success of the organisation.  Members interested in becoming involved as a Board Member or Member of a SACAS Project Committee are encouraged to contact the Board on contact_sacas@yahoo.com.au
